There are 2 seasons for Stokesdale Baseball (games & practices are at Stokesdale Community Park)
Spring Season
Registation Opens: Jan 1
Registration Closes: Feb 28 (usually extends to week after basketball season completes)
Assessments: Early March
Practices Start: Middle of March
Games: End of March through middle of May
Fall Season
Registation Opens: July 1
Registration Closes: Aug 15
Assessments: August
Practices Start: End of August
Games: September through October

Shetland (Ages 3-6)
Pinto (Ages 7 & 8)
Mustang (Ages 9 & 10)
Bronco (Ages 11 & 12)
Pony (Ages 13 & 14)
HS (Ages 15-18)
*Ages are based on birthdate as of April 30th. If you wish for your son to play up an age group, requests can be made at assessments. Please do not adjust your child's birth date to force the change during the registration process.
*There is a multi-child discount available during the registration process.
Equipment
- Shetland- glove, bat, cleats (rubber only), and helmet. Mouth guard is recommended, SPR provides shared helmets if needed. Uniform provided will include hat and jersey.
- Pinto- glove, bat, cleats (rubber only), and helmet. Mouth guard is recommended. SPR provides shared helmets if needed. Uniform provided will include hat and jersey.
- Mustang- glove, bat, cleats (rubber only), helmet with facemask. Uniform provided will include hat and jersey.
- Bronco - glove, bat cleats (rubber only), helmet with face mask. Uniform provided will include hat and jersey.
- Pony - glove, bat, cleats, helmet with face mask. Uniform provided will include hat and jersey.
* All bats cannot be larger than 2-5/8” in diameter and no more than 42” in length. It must have a USA Baseball stamp or sticker.
*ALL Players must use their own equipment this Spring 2021 Season
**ALL PARENTS MUST SIGN SPR “WAIVER TO PLAY” PRIOR TO ATTENDING FIRST PRACTICE
